After the passage of Measure M, LACBC was invited to have a seat on the Metro Policy Advisory Council (PAC). The PAC reviews, comments, and provides input on the draft Measure M Master Guidelines, the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), and other work plans and policy areas, such as the Equity Platform and the Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) policy.
