Education is a core tenet of LACBC’s mission. It’s our goal to educate as many people as possible about riding a bicycle in LA County. We do so through a variety of channels.

Vision Zero Alliance

LACBC is part of a citywide coalition of 25 community-based and advocacy organizations working to push the City of Los Angeles to end all traffic fatalities and serious injuries by 2025.

ACT-LA

The Alliance for Community Transit-Los Angeles (ACT-LA) is a broad-based coalition made up of organizations with expertise engaging in grassroots organizing, community economic development, affordable housing development, public health, environmental justice, transportation and policy and legal advocacy.

Measure M Implementation

LACBC has a seat on the Metro Policy Advisory Council (PAC). The PAC reviews, comments, and provides input on the draft Measure M Master Guidelines, the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), and other work plans and policy areas.
