Volunteer for LACBC's LA Bike Count
This September, LACBC will be conducting the 2nd ever City of LA Bike Count. In 2009 we counted over 14,000 cyclists at 50 intersections throughout the City of LA. It's time to get back out there and do it again! We'll compare this year's counts to 2009 and see if there is an increase or change in cycling in the city. The more data we have on where and how people are riding, the better we can advocate for the bike lanes, bike boulevards, and cycle tracks we need.
Volunteer for the LA Bike Count! We need your help to get out and count again. We'll be conducting counts during the week of September 12th. The following shifts are available for over 50 locations (see map):
- Tuesday, September 13th: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- Tuesday, September 13th: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday, September 17th: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
